Delivery Information

When you place the order via our wed site, you must input your delivery address if you have not created an account with us, if account is created then the delivery will be sent to that address. A delivery fee will apply with all orders online for under R2000.00 and will be added to the final amount on invoice, Orders over R2000.00 will be free. 

If you wish to change your delivery address, you need to contact Precision Tools & Innovations by email: sales.precision.tools@outlook.com before placing your order. Precision Tools & Innovations however cannot guarantee that delivery will be maid to the changed address.

Free Deliveries will only take place in Gauteng South Africa Only all other Provinces will have a Delivery fee attached to there Deliveries.

We will deliver the products which you have ordered via the web site to you specified address, on business days only, with in 7-15 days after the date on witch payment of the full price/invoice is paid in full and it is reflected in our bank account.

If a person other than you the name on the delivery order receivess the products at the delivery address, we will need a copy of there ID and will be deemed to be authorised by you to accept delivery, persons recieiving the delivery must sign the confirmation receipt, all good droped off will need to be checked before delivery company leaves, no returns if this is not done.

Risk and Ownership.

Risk in and to the produducts and ownership of products passes to you on delivery at the delivery address or changed address.

Damaged or incorrect products: if any delivery which you receive contain any products of which are damaged or faulty or if you consider that there has been short delivery or or you have recived incorrect products, you need to notify Precision Tools & Innovations by email with in 7 days by email or you will not have a claim for return.
