Manufacturers and distributors can no longer sell these products to traditional retailers because customers would always grab a perfect box over a damaged box if they are being advertised together at the same price.

No, each of our box damaged items are thoroughly inspected to ensure no unit damage. If for whatever reason you receive the unit itself damaged in any way, you will be refunded or we will replace your unit with a replacement unit that is also considered “box damaged stock”.

The normal repair warranty periods apply to box damaged stock, which covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for the respective periods applicable to the respective products.
5. What about returns on box damaged stock?
We accept returns on box damaged stock, provided the product comes back to us in the same condition as received. If an exchange is required, we will provide a replacement unit that is also considered “box damaged stock”.
